Contact Centre Services
Based in London, our UK Contact Centre offers the provision of phone sales for all tickets sold via the EVENTIM network. Operating 7 days a week, our friendly and experienced staff are on hand to offer phone sales as well as offering information about the events. With 150 phone agents available, we won’t leave your customers hanging.
At EVENTIM we encourage the more environmentally friendly approach for ticket delivery through our TicketDirect© and Mobile ticket options, however, we understand sometimes physical tickets are required and our team are on hand to make sure tickets are dispatched accurately and on time. Our regional Ticket Dispatch services operate within our London office, with a globalised operation in Hamburg.
Our inhouse Customer Services team are highly skilled and highly trained to deal with a large variety of customer support queries. Our fan-first-thinking approach means we put our customers at the heart of every query, ensuring we offer first rate support and assistance with everything from cancelled events to misplaced tickets.
fanSALE is our fan-to-fan, fair value ticket resale platform. Our mission is to ensure that real tickets get into the hands of real fans. All tickets purchased via EVENTIM primary channels are eligible for resale and can only be sold up to the original purchase price. Find out more here.

Powerful and easy to use, our EVENTIM.Analytics tool will help you discover who is purchasing your tickets and allow you to measure the effect of promotions against expected results, offering campaign and benchmarking capabilities. Mobile responsive, this slick tool allows you to access your sales figures anywhere, offering statistics and visual representations through clear graphs and charts.
Giving you full visibility of who’s in your venue and when they arrived, EVENTIM.Access provides the highest level of security in access control and is integrated into all of our ticketing platforms. Restrict access by location or ticket type to ensure the right people get access to the right areas.
