With a strong focus on strategy, John works alongside Martin, driving us forward, ensuring we deliver to our customers; whilst safeguarding the success of our UK growth and sustainability.
Working alongside John, Martin shapes our priorities, sharpens our focus and ensures we offer the best solution to clients and customers in a uniquely competitive marketplace.
Director of Operations
Maddy leads our dedicated operations teams, covering Client Support, Ticket Dispatch and Customer Service to ensure we are delivering first-rate service to all our clients and customers.
Russell is responsible for leading and implementing our financial activities, reporting on revenue, budgeting, managing risk, implementing policies, and improving our financial processes.
Lisa works closely with prospective clients to find ways in which our technology can support their needs, to drive business and maximise revenue for both the business and the client.
Business Development Manager
Supporting the growth of our business, Larissa focuses on new opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to create long term value for the business and client.
Product Manager - EVENTIM.Inhouse
Bill provides full end to end onboarding for new clients and offers continual support on how our EVENTIM.Inhouse product can better serve organisations and their ticketing strategies.
Customer Services Manager
Kim leads a team of passionate and dedicated customer services agents ensuring we offer nothing but fan-first-thinking, problem solving and quality service to all our customers.
Senior Client Account Manager
With a focus on client success, Michael manages some of our larger client accounts, offering technical support and consultation to clients, whilst supporting the Account Management team.
Finance and Office Manager
Supporting the reconciliation of events, client payments, settlement queries, etc., Simona also manages our office on a day to day basis; to include HR, administration, payroll, logistics and equipment.
